When you contact Ligoteck by form or email, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested assignment and prepare a possible offer. This may include your company, name, business contact details, inspection location, requested service, equipment or goods information, message and uploaded files.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary to take requested steps before entering into a contract. In other cases, it is based on Ligoteck's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Required form information is necessary to process the enquiry. Without it, Ligoteck may be unable to respond or assess the requested assignment.
File uploads
Uploaded files are temporarily stored on the website server for email delivery and deleted from temporary website storage after the sending attempt. Files delivered by email may remain attached to the received enquiry.
Recipients
Personal data may be processed by authorised Ligoteck personnel and by service providers supporting website hosting, email and technical operation. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where this is legally required.
Personal data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in an assignment, including uploaded files, are generally deleted 12 months after the last relevant communication.
Information connected with an assignment or business relationship is retained for as long as necessary for that relationship and applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal obligations. Business records subject to Austrian statutory retention requirements are generally retained for seven years.
