A useful inspection report should allow a reader who was not present to understand the assignment, the items presented and the activities carried out.
Ligoteck therefore records the inspection date and location, relevant equipment identification, documents referenced, activities witnessed, results presented by the responsible party and factual observations within the agreed scope.
Where applicable, the report also identifies access limitations, incomplete activities, deviations and items requiring clarification or follow-up. This keeps the record transparent and helps the commissioning client decide the appropriate next action.
